Bindery Machine Operator
Brainerd
Range is currently looking to hire a Bindery Machine Operator to join our Brainerd production team. Job Summary: The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for operating bindery equipment to produce printed products to customer specifications in a timely fashion to meet production schedules. Specific Job-Related Duties: •Operates one or more pieces of bindery equipment including, but not limited to, stitcher/trimmer, cutter, folder, collator, and shrink wrapper. •Learns and follows all job specifications called out on the job ticket. •Helps other team members set up bindery machines as needed. •Watches for quality issues on jobs as they operate the bindery machines. •Notifies teammates in other departments of any quality or specification issues discovered. •Transfers finished product to the next process in production. •Assists in off-loading and packaging product to shipping as needed. •Does their part in keeping the work area neat, clean, and organized. Sheetfed Printing Press Operator

Range is currently looking for a Sheetfed Printing Press Operator to join our Brainerd production team. Job Summary: The Press Operator is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of offset presses to meet production standards. Specific Job-Related Duties: •Receives job orders from supervisor. •Obtains and runs correct printing plates. •Prepares plates as needed. •Sets up proper positioning for job and ink coverage. •Runs samples and obtains approval from supervisor. •Runs job maintaining proper positioning and ink coverage quality. •Loads paper stock and sets feeder as needed. •Fills and monitors ink and dampening systems. •Mixes ink as needed. •Adjusts ink and dampening systems before and during run as needed. •Unloads press delivery skid from press. •Washes up inking system. •Cleans damper system rollers, re-covers them when required. •Stacks finished jobs. •Prepares plates properly for storage and stores as needed. •Checks oilers and conducts maintenance on press daily. •Conducts major lubrication process on press daily. •Maintains documentation of press runs. We run Ryobi RMGT 5 and 6 color presses with coater and automatic color scanner. Our services include creative marketing solutions through paper print, apparel decoration, promotional items, fulfillment, and web-based services. We are currently looking to hire a Fulfillment Lead with experience to join our Brainerd production team. Job Summary: Responsible for receiving merchandise into the warehouse, processing orders and shipping orders to customers. Also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts and entering data into computer systems. Specific Job-Related Duties: 1.Sort - separate incoming product by style, color and size 2.Put-away - transfer sorted goods to pick bins and enter product data into inventory system 3.Pick - move throughout warehouse and select specific products listed on order sheets 4.Pack - check orders for accuracy and neatly package them for shipment to customers 5.Order fulfillment – Print on Demand orders 6.Stock and restock shelves – rotating items, returning merchandise to shelves 7.Perform cycle counting and researching discrepancies. 8.Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution. 9.Maintain a clean work area to keep products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries. 10.Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages. 11.Organize and schedule part-time call-in members 12.Import and export data into MIS systems as required 13.Produce reports from the MIS system as required Desired Skills & Experience: We are looking for a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work as part of our team.
