How to use your Customer Portal

To effectively utilize the Customer Portal, follow these steps:

LOGIN: Click on the secure link that was sent to you by email (if you access the portal through this email after 14 days a new link will be emailed to you). Username and Password are not required.

DASHBOARD OVERVIEW: Upon logging in, you'll be on your dashboard. Here, you can view a summary of your account, including any pending actions or recent activity.

ACCESSING QUOTES: Navigate to the "Quotes" section to view any quotes that have been provided to you through the portal.

VIEWING PROOFS: In the "Proofs" section, you'll find all proofs associated with current orders. You can see which proofs are pending approval, and which ones have been approved.

MANAGING ORDERS: Head to the "Orders" section to see a list of your order history. You can track orders that are in progress, view details of completed orders, view prior proofs, and even initiate a reorder.

BILLING INFORMATION: If your user access allows, the "Billing" section is where you can view your invoices and statements.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION: From the Billing section, click on the invoice number to open the invoice. Shipping and Tracking information (when available) will be listed on the 2nd page of the invoice.

CLOSE OUT: Always remember to close the page when you are finished to protect your information.
